I am currently in the early stages of a major project on the history of British legislators' outside financial interests in the post-war era, the first research output of which, a co-authored working paper from Oxford University's Department of Economics on the link between peerages and party donations in 2005-2014, received considerable wider press coverage, including in The Observer and the Daily Telegraph.
Further research outputs are in progress. Given the nature of the research, I trust readers will understand why my existing colleagues, my newer collaborators and I remain tight-lipped about the precise direction of our further work in this area, until outputs are ready for public release.
